Can I just say Mildred is much happier now your team have taken over her Care Package, she appreciates the good time keeping shown by the staff & also the interaction with outside parties including liaising with myself & doctors. I'm sure this makes her feel more secure & gives her peace of mind, Carole has called me whenever there have been any queries & I appreciate her efforts in straightening out elements of Mildred's Care Plan.
