Can I Just Say Mildred Is Much Happier Now Your Team Have Taken Over Her Care Package, She Appreciates The Good Time Keeping Shown By The Staff & Also The Interaction With Outside Parties Including Liaising With Myself & Doctors. I'm Sure This Makes Her Feel More Secure & Gives Her Peace Of Mind, Carole Has Called Me Whenever There Has Been Any Queries & I Appreciate Her Efforts In Straightening Out Elements Of Mildred's Care Plan.
